Copolymer Long Glass fiber Reinforced Polypropylene PP

LFT Long Glass fiber Reinforced Polypropylene PP is a 20%-80% long glass fiber reinforced homopolymer polypropylene (PP) thermoplastic composite made by extrusion process, melt impregnated fiber and matrix resin. Long glass fiber reinforced materials provide this composite with greater stiffness, strength and durability. The mechanical properties of the composite make it useful for a wide range of applications in a variety of market segments, as a lightweight alternative to metals or as an engineering alternative to other materials.

The long glass fiber composite starts from the continuous filament of the fiber. We melt-impregnate the thermoplastic polymer in the extrusion process to form a high-performance bond, and then cut into 10-12MM composite particles for easy injection or extrusion plastic tooling then.

During processing, these longer fibers are interwoven and aligned to form an internal fiber skeleton that reinforces the polymer, helping to carry and dissipate stress - greatly increasing strength and impact resistance.

LFT Long Glass fiber Reinforced Polypropylene PP has the same excellent resistance to melting as short glass fiber LFT Short Glass fiber Reinforced Polypropylene PP SGF PP. The thermoforming effect of the material is good and the yield is not currently too high. PP LGF can also be used in car seat backs and the material can be reused. Recyclable. It is also suitable for trucks, buses, transport trains or related accessories. Other accessory applications will have a long-term exploration process.
