Compared with other nylons, PA12 long carbon fiber composite material has low density, good low temperature resistance and wear resistance, has a certain degree of self-lubrication, and its water absorption rate is lower than other nylons. The resistance to stress cracking is better than PA6 and PA66, and it has excellent resistance to alkali, oil and grease. PA12 resin has high crystallinity, low melting point, good product flexibility, easy molding and processing, strong adhesion to metal, good dimensional stability and thermal stability. Using long fibers to reinforce the PA12 material, the adhesion between the two will be high, so the PA12 floating fiber situation is relatively not so high.

Long fiber PA12 has unique physical, chemical and mechanical properties and is often designated for high-demand applications. Its good cost performance makes it the material of choice for applications where durability, safety, and reliability are critical.
