Long fiber PP modified material is made by impregnation.PP raw resin material is heated and melted, evenly covered on the fiber of different glass fiber content, such as fully impregnated strip after cold water cooling, after the granulator will cut the fiber strip into 6-25mm particle length.

Impregnation process can make glass fiber & carbon fiber orderly arrangement, so that the shear particles maintain good performance on the basis of change and enhance some characteristics, long fiber PP material, the general length is about 12mm, has excellent mechanical properties, high impact resistance, high tensile strength and so on.

Due to the complexity of THE structure of PP long glass fiber reinforced materials, our company has a special testing team to conduct experimental verification on each batch of PP materials to ensure the quality and safety of export materials.Computer aided methods can reliably predict the final part quality and fiber orientation distribution during the conversion process (shrinkage, warping, etc.).Based on these results, our integrated simulation method calculates the behavior of the material at the local scale as a basis for simulating the performance of the final application.
