Processing Guidelines

PBT long glass fiber reinforced composites can be processed using conventional thermoplastic equipment. Recommended parameters:

Drying: Not always necessary, but 85-100℃ for 2-4 hours recommended.

Mold Temperature: 54-95℃ for optimal surface quality.

Screw Design: Use low-shear screws to avoid fiber breakage.
