Long Carbon Fiber Composite

Carbon fiber reinforced composites are strong and light, which can replace steel to reduce the weight of the seat. And this kind of light seat back can absorb shock and crashworthiness better than steel back. And high performance continuous fiber reinforced thermoplastic composite material has damage tolerance, high thermal and service temperature and other excellent performance, so it has a high utilization rate in aircraft and automobile.

Long carbon fiber reinforced nylon enhances the viscosity of resin and carbon fiber by melt impregnation process. In specific processing temperature, fiber and resin can perfect combination, so as to reduce the floating fiber material, the mechanical properties of reinforced material, such as high strength, stiffness, excellent resistance to creep property of nylon 6 degradation at high temperature, greatly reduce the intensity of their performance, and at high temperature, long exposure in oxygen gas, easy to oxidation. Therefore, PA6 LCF needs to be dried during processing.
