Product Detail

After adding long glass fiber to PPS, it can improve its mechanical properties. In the raw material, PPS shows a yellowish color. Therefore, the long fiber modified material produced by adding long glass fiber and maintaining its original color is also yellow particles. Although the color changes the performance of the material Not much, but if you change the original color of PPS, there will be a slight difference in physical properties.

PPS+40GF has high flow, low burrs, and low gas evolution, and is used in the following aspects:

*Fluid industry: water pump/chemical pump, shell, valve, impeller, rotor, pipeline, corrosion-resistant and temperature-resistant pipe fittings, etc.

* Home appliance industry: LCD TV light stand, LCD projector light stand, light bulb holder, motor insulator, coil skeleton, battery insulator, hair dryer parts, coffee heater parts, iron parts, oil-injected heating grills, etc.
