LFT PP LGF40 glass fiber reinforced modified material, after fiber modification of mechanical properties, impact resistance, tensile modulus and tensile strength have been generally improved, but add glass fiber between 20-60%, their flow performance will be significantly reduced, so the laboratory generally does not detect the flow rate of materials.

Our long fiber modified PP LGF40 plastic particle length is usually 12mm, and the ideal length of glass fiber in thermoplastic tree matrix should be 5 times its critical length.The critical length refers to the minimum length necessary for the glass fiber in the fiber-reinforced thermoplastic with a given diameter to bear the stress value of its impact fracture. Therefore, considering the processing technology and the nature of the material itself, the retained fiber length of LFT Composite PP LGF40 long fiber modified material is not more than 25mm.We can recommend the length of the material according to the finished product.If you need to keep the length longer, you need to customize.
