What is the modified plastic of pa12？PA12 granules is a good electrical insulator and does not affect the insulation performance due to moisture like other polyamides. It has very good impact resistance and chemical stability. PA12 has many improved varieties in terms of plasticizing properties and enhanced properties. Compared with PA6 and PA66, these materials have a lower melting point and density, and have a very high moisture regain. PA12 has no resistance to strong oxidizing acids. The viscosity of PA12 mainly depends on humidity, temperature and storage time. It is very fluid. The shrinkage rate is between 0.5% and 2%, which mainly depends on the material variety, wall thickness and other process conditions. Injection molding process conditions Drying: The humidity should be below 0.1% before processing. If the material is stored exposed to air, it is recommended to dry in 85C hot air for 4~5 hours. If the material is stored in a closed container, it can be used directly after 3 hours of temperature equilibrium.

PA12 nylon 12 elastomer has excellent noise and vibration damping properties. Under dry operating conditions, it has a low sliding friction coefficient for steel, POM, PBT and other materials, excellent wear resistance and high volume stability.
