Polypropylene (PP) material has been widely used in automobiles because of its high cost performance, low density, excellent heat resistance, chemical corrosion resistance, easy molding and recycling.More recently, there has been a trend to integrate automotive interiors and exteriors into the PP range.
Long glass fiber reinforced pp plastic refers to the modified polypropylene composite material with glass fiber length of 10 to 25mm, which forms a three-dimensional structure after injection and other processes. The high temperature fatigue strength of long glass fiber reinforced pp at 120℃ is 2 times that of ordinary glass fiber reinforced pp, which has higher comprehensive performance.
