The tensile strength of Pp material is generally 20m ~ 30mpa, the bending strength is 25m ~ 50mpa, and the bending modulus is 800m ~ 1500mpa.The mechanical properties of glass fiber reinforced PP products can be improved many times or even several times, with tensile strength up to 65mpa ~ 90mpa, bending strength up to 70mpa ~ 120mpa and bending modulus up to 3000mpa ~ 4500mpa, which can be completely comparable with the mechanical properties of ABS and reinforced ABS products.

Product application

Glass fiber reinforced PP material can reach 135 ° C ~ 145 ° C.It can be used for manufacturing axial flow fans and cross flow fans in refrigerators, air conditioners and other refrigeration machinery, also can be used for electric rice cooker base, handle, electronic microwave oven and other places with high temperature resistance requirements, also can be used for the manufacture of high-speed washing machine inner drum, wave wheel and belt wheel, to meet the high requirements of mechanical performance.

Product feature

1. Long glass fiber reinforced modified material PP has high dimensional stability, reduced thermal deformation and shrinkage.

2. The hardness of GLASS-fiber reinforced modified PP is improved, and the water absorption performance is decreased.

3. Long glass fiber reinforced PP are ordinary short glass fiber reinforced PP, because the containing glass fiber is short, easy to warp, low impact strength, easy to be deformed by heat, long glass fiber can overcome the above defects of short glass fiber, and the products have a better surface, higher use temperature, higher impact strength, can be used in refrigerators and kitchen appliances with high heat resistance.
