TPU glass carbon fiber

The performance of TPU thermoplastic is improved by adding long glass fiber. As a reinforced modified material, tpu lgf reinfroced thermoplastic granules is very important for drying before processing in the process of injection molding.

The presence of moisture promotes the degradation of materials at high temperatures, and volatile gases on site will form bubbles in the materials. In the cavity of the injection mold, the air bubbles are elongated due to the flow of the material, thus forming the phenomenon of silver wire.

Discoloration is actually a manifestation of material degradation. The presence of moisture will promote material degradation. When the degradation reaches a certain level, the product will produce color difference.

Since the initial moisture content in the plastic particles is relatively low, the plastic drying process belongs to trace moisture drying, and the drying medium used is generally hot air.

There are two ways of baking according to production needs. One is a small amount of material, non-continuous baking, and it can be baked in a dry box. For the more common continuous baking, two types of equipment are commonly used, one is a blast dryer and the other is a dehumidification dryer. The costs for the two industries are different.
