Processing Guidelines

PA12 long glass fiber reinforced composites can be processed using conventional thermoplastic equipment. Recommended parameters:


Drying: Not always necessary, but 100-120℃ for 4-6 hours recommended.
Mold Temperature: 80-125℃ for optimal surface quality.
Screw Design: Use low-shear screws to avoid fiber breakage.
