PA6-LGF40 is a high-performance engineering composite consisting of Polyamide 6 (PA6) reinforced with 40% Long Glass Fiber (LGF). Through the pultrusion process, continuous glass fibers are fully impregnated with molten PA6 resin before being pelletized, allowing the fibers to retain much greater effective length after injection molding than conventional short glass fiber materials.
Compared with standard PA6 or short glass fiber reinforced nylon, PA6-LGF40 delivers significantly higher impact strength, stiffness, fatigue resistance, creep resistance, dimensional stability and heat resistance. It is widely used for lightweight structural components that require long service life under heavy mechanical loads.
PA6-LGF40 combines the excellent wear resistance and heat resistance of nylon with the superior mechanical properties of long glass fiber reinforcement, making it an ideal replacement for metal in demanding engineering applications.
Our manufacturing system is certified to IATF 16949 and ISO 14001. Selected material grades are also available with UL Yellow Card, RoHS, and REACH compliance. Relevant certificates and test reports can be provided upon request.
