pa12 polyamide virgin granules

PA12 resin is added with long carbon fiber particles, and the length of the retained particles is about 5mm25mm. The longer the length of the retained fiber, the better the performance of the material. Of course, the excessively long fiber will cause considerable loss to the machine, so our LFT-G particle length is generally 12mm, and the length of the material will be changed according to the different needs of customers.

Carbon fiber is light in texture, and it is also a very excellent material for flame retardant and electrical conductivity. After mixing with PA12 based lipid material with high toughness and creep resistance, it is produced in the way of infiltration. The resulting carbon fiber modified PA12 material has excellent mechanical properties, which is one of the preferred solutions of ISU Steel
