PA12 pellets is a good electrical insulator and does not affect the insulation performance due to moisture like other polyamides. PA12 granules as no resistance to strong oxidizing acids. The viscosity of PA12 particles mainly depends on humidity, temperature and storage time; its fluidity is good.

PA12 raw material forming features include the following:
(1) The water absorption performance is lower, but it is easy to change color under high temperature environment;
(2) The melting point is high and the melting temperature range is narrow;
