What is Glass-Filled PPS?

PPS-LGF30 is a high-performance engineering thermoplastic composite consisting of Polyphenylene Sulfide (PPS) reinforced with 30% Long Glass Fiber (LGF). Manufactured through an advanced pultrusion process, continuous glass fibers are fully impregnated with molten PPS resin before pelletizing, ensuring excellent fiber length retention after injection molding and creating a highly reinforced internal structure.

Compared with standard PPS or short glass fiber reinforced PPS materials, PPS-LGF30 provides significantly improved mechanical strength, stiffness, creep resistance, dimensional stability, and fatigue performance, especially under high-temperature conditions and long-term mechanical loading.

PPS resin itself offers outstanding heat resistance, chemical resistance, flame retardancy, low moisture absorption, and excellent electrical insulation properties. Combined with long glass fiber reinforcement, PPS-LGF30 becomes an ideal lightweight engineering material for demanding applications requiring high reliability, precision, and long service life in harsh environments.

What's your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Trial orders are welcome. Our standard MOQ is 25 kg for glass fiber reinforced grades and 20 kg for carbon fiber reinforced grades. Sample quantities are also available for PPS-LGF30 material evaluation and testing before mass production.
How do you ensure PPS-LGF30 quality?
