The glass fiber content of the produced pa6 can vary from 20% to 70%, and the product surface is smooth and does not float fiber. Glass fiber enhances the strength of nylon6 pellets, rigidity, creep resistance, notch impact strength, heat deformation temperature, dimensional stability, and low water absorption, such as adding mineral fillers can improve the warpage of the product. The mechanical properties of blended materials such as glass fiber are added to nylon. With the increase of glass fiber content, the tensile strength and bending strength of the material have been greatly improved, and the impact strength is more complicated.
