Product Intruduction

The mechanical properties of PBT particles are high strength, fatigue resistance, dimensional stability, and small creep (also rarely change under high temperature conditions); at the same time, it has heat aging characteristics, and the enhanced UL temperature index reaches 120~140℃ ( Outdoor long-term aging is also very good); PBT is not easy to decompose in water; excellent insulation performance (humidity, high temperature can also maintain stable electrical performance, is an ideal material for manufacturing electronic and electrical parts);

Molding processability: ordinary equipment injection or extrusion. Due to the fast crystallization speed and good fluidity, the mold temperature is also lower than other engineering plastics.

Production Application

A. Electronic appliances: connectors, switch parts, household appliances, accessory parts, small electric covers or (heat resistance, flame retardancy, electrical insulation, molding processability);

B. Car:

1. Exterior parts: mainly corner Geshan, engine heat release hole cover, etc.;
2. Internal components: mainly endoscope stays, wiper brackets and control system valves;
3. Automotive electrical parts: automotive ignition coil twisted tubes and various electrical connectors, etc.
