Product Information
PA6 (Nylon 6)
Nylon 6 (PA6) is an engineering thermoplastic known for its excellent mechanical strength, toughness, fatigue resistance, and creep resistance. It is widely used in structural and load-bearing applications, including non-metallic pipe reinforcement materials to prevent deformation and improve pressure resistance.
Long Carbon Fiber (LCF)
Long carbon fiber (LCF) is a high-performance reinforcing material characterized by high strength, high modulus, excellent conductivity, and superior aspect ratio. When combined with polymer matrices such as PA6, it significantly enhances mechanical, thermal, and structural performance.

Product Advantages
1. Lightweight and High Strength
Carbon fiber reinforced thermoplastics offer an exceptional strength-to-weight ratio. Compared with steel, the density is only 1/4–1/5, while tensile strength can be 3–4 times higher. The material also provides excellent fatigue resistance and dimensional stability.
2. Excellent Design Flexibility
LCF composites allow advanced structural design, including anisotropic reinforcement and variable thickness structures. Fiber orientation can be optimized according to load direction, enabling lightweight design while maintaining structural performance.
This flexibility enables cost reduction, material optimization, and performance tailoring for different engineering requirements such as corrosion resistance, dielectric properties, and heat resistance.
3. Structural Integration
Carbon fiber thermoplastics enable part consolidation by replacing multi-component assemblies with integrated molded structures, improving production efficiency and dimensional accuracy.
For example, automotive manufacturers such as Lotus use carbon fiber materials to achieve integrated lightweight body structures, significantly improving rigidity and performance.
4. Excellent Impact Resistance
Carbon fiber reinforced composites exhibit good energy absorption capability due to the viscoelastic nature of the polymer matrix, providing strong impact resistance in structural applications.
5. Outstanding Corrosion Resistance
These materials are highly resistant to acids, alkalis, salt water, oils, and organic solvents, making them suitable for harsh environmental applications where metals may corrode.
Product Applications
Carbon fiber reinforced thermoplastics are widely used across multiple industries as demand for lightweight and high-performance materials continues to grow.
In automotive engineering, they are increasingly used in structural and functional components driven by energy efficiency and emission reduction requirements, especially in new energy vehicles.
Additional applications include helmets, automotive bumpers, robotic arms, industrial structural parts, and sports equipment.
