Nylon 6 (PA6) is a general engineering plastic with lightweight, wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and good toughness. As a thermoplastic resin, it softens when heated and hardens when cooled, allowing repeated processing.

Long Carbon Fiber

Carbon fiber has high strength, high modulus, large specific surface area, and high electrical conductivity. Compared with glass fiber, carbon fiber provides maximum strength along the fiber direction. Carbon fiber reinforced composites are stronger than polymer matrix materials while maintaining light weight, gradually replacing traditional metals in electronics, electric vehicles, medical devices, industrial equipment, and sports/leisure products.
