PP Homopolymer-LGF is a long glass fiber reinforced polypropylene composite engineered for lightweight structural applications. The combination of a rigid PP homopolymer matrix and long glass fibers provides significantly enhanced stiffness, strength, creep resistance and dimensional stability.
Compared with conventional short glass fiber reinforced polypropylene, the long fiber reinforcement network improves load transfer efficiency, resulting in superior mechanical performance and longer service life.
During processing, long glass fibers maintain longer reinforcement paths inside the polymer matrix. The continuous fiber network improves load transfer efficiency and provides enhanced structural performance.
