Processing Guidelines

PBT long glass fiber reinforced composites can be processed using conventional thermoplastic equipment. Recommended parameters:


Drying: Not always necessary, but 110℃ for 2-3 hours recommended.
Mold Temperature: 50-75℃ for optimal surface quality.
Screw Design: Use low-shear screws to avoid fiber breakage.
