Pa66 modifier reinforced  thermoplastic and PA6 modifier reinforced polymer are the closest. They also have another name called nylon.Polyamide66 material has advantages over PA6 in all aspects, so the material of PA66 is generally more expensive than PA6.The particles of our LFT long fiber modifier, including PA66 and PA6, are generally used in automobile parts, such as automobile gear shifters, engine protection plates, automobile shells, automobile rearview mirrors, automobile doors, etc.Of course, in addition to auto parts, PA66 and PA6 modifiers are also used in a variety of applications, such as sports equipment, industrial fan blades, photovoltaic industry and so on. 

Pa6 and Pa66

PA6 thermoplastic has a lower melting point, higher moisture absorption, better shock resistance and solubility than PA66, and higher moisture absorption. Therefore, special attention should be paid to the air humidity during the storage of PA6. Attention should be paid to the drying before processing, and the drying temperature should be changed according to the environment and storage time.
With a higher melting point, PA66 maintains strong strength and stiffness at higher temperatures.So it has a high rigidity and a good modulus of elasticity.Because of its low viscosity, PA66 has good fluidity and its viscosity is sensitive to temperature changes.
