Long carbon fiber is added with PP. First, long carbon fiber is light in weight and excellent in tensile strength, so PP Long carbon fiber polymer contributes to lightweight auto parts. Secondly, PP resin is the most cost-effective material among many general-purpose plastics. It not only has a high price advantage, but also has the same performance as ordinary nylon modified materials. Combining long carbon fiber with PP resin, the PP LCF material produced can be used in the construction of automobile dashboards. Our Japanese customers use PP LCF40% material to make automobile dashboards through injection molding process. Comparing the relevant test data, it is similar to the data of the original car dashboard, but the dashboard made of our material is the best cost-effective.
