PA66-LGF40 is a high-performance engineering composite consisting of Polyamide 66 (PA66) reinforced with 40% Long Glass Fiber (LGF). Through the pultrusion process, continuous glass fibers are fully impregnated with molten PA66 resin before being pelletized, allowing the fibers to retain much greater effective length after injection molding than conventional short glass fiber materials.
Compared with standard PA66 or short glass fiber reinforced nylon, PA66-LGF40 delivers significantly higher impact strength, stiffness, fatigue resistance, creep resistance, dimensional stability, and excellent heat resistance. Thanks to the inherent thermal stability of PA66 and the reinforcement of long glass fibers, it is widely used for structural components operating under high loads, elevated temperatures, and demanding service conditions.
PA66-LGF40 combines the outstanding heat resistance and mechanical strength of Polyamide 66 with the superior reinforcement effect of long glass fibers.
