Excellent chemical resistance, minimal moisture absorption, and high dimensional stability are all characteristics of PA12-GF. Additionally, it has exceptional impact resistance, fatigue resistance, and flexibility. Different amounts of glass fiber, such as 20%, 30%, or 40%, may be found in PA12-GF. Strength and rigidity increase with increasing glass fiber content 

Pa12 gf is produced by mixing nylon 12 compounds with glass fibers in an extruder or a compounding machine. The mixture is then granulated into pellets that can be used for injection molding or other processing methods. Pa12 gf can also be produced by adding glass fibers directly to the injection molding machine during the molding process.

PA12 Long Carbon Fiber (LCF) offers significantly higher strength, stiffness, and fatigue resistance compared to PA12 Short Carbon Fiber (SCF). LCF is ideal for structural and load-bearing applications such as drone frames, automotive parts, and robotic arms. It provides excellent dimensional stability and impact resistance.
