Hdpe glass fiber reinforced polymer

Polyethylene is one of the most widely known polymer materials. It is the world's largest polymer produced and used. It has high toughness, plasticity, excellent chemical resistance and low water vapor permeability. Through physical modification, the processability, stress crack resistance, impact strength, heat resistance of high-density polyethylene are improved, and its flammable properties are reduced.
In order to improve its mechanical properties, LFT-G has added long glass fiber materials to HDPE base grease, which is mixed and pultruded into HDPE LGF hybrid materials. Since the reinforcing phase and base of the self-reinforced material have exactly the same molecular structure, There is no direct interface problem between the matrix and the reinforcing phase. It exhibits excellent specific strength and specific stiffness, and has high impact toughness, chemical resistance, and high dimensional stability.
