Hdpe glass fiber reinforced polymer

Polyethylene is a non-polar polymer and has weak compatibility with inorganic substances and polar polymers. Therefore, the modification method can improve the aging resistance and heat resistance of PE, and provide the characteristics of impact strength and biocompatibility.
LFT-G is based on resin raw materials and uses physical modification methods to achieve enhanced material performance. That is, the reinforcement modification method of adding long fibers to the PE base grease.
Fiber-reinforced modified polymer composites are widely used due to their high strength and high rigidity. HDPE LGF prepared with PE composite long glass fiber, the particle length is cut to 6-25mm, the fibers inside the particle are arranged in an orderly manner due to the process, which improves the tensile strength and impact strength of the material.
This material is very suitable for making various high-strength pipes, such as double-wall corrugated pipes, water pipes, etc. Not only can it be resistant to salt and alkali, anti-aging, but also improve the strength of impact resistance once to extend the life of the pipeline. Moreover, as a thermoplastic material, after being processed into a pipe, it can be subjected to secondary processing and secondary recycling in the form of recycled materials, which is not only environmentally friendly, but also enhances the value of the material.
