Processing Guidelines

HDPE long glass fiber reinforced composites can be processed using conventional thermoplastic equipment. Recommended parameters:


Drying: Not always necessary, but 100℃ for 4–6 hours recommended.
Mold Temperature: 60–70℃ for optimal surface quality.
Screw Design: Use low-shear screws to avoid fiber breakage.
