MXD6-LGF (Long Glass Fiber Reinforced MXD6) is a high-performance thermoplastic composite made from MXD6 polyamide resin reinforced with long glass fibers. Through advanced pultrusion technology, continuous glass fibers are fully impregnated with MXD6 resin before pelletizing, ensuring excellent fiber length retention and the formation of a highly reinforced internal structure after injection molding. Compared with standard MXD6 or short glass fiber reinforced MXD6, MXD6-LGF offers significantly enhanced tensile strength, stiffness, impact resistance, creep resistance, and dimensional stability. MXD6 resin itself provides excellent mechanical strength, high heat resistance, low moisture absorption compared with traditional polyamides, outstanding gas barrier properties, chemical resistance, and good dimensional accuracy.
